  23. As needed Coriander leaves for garnish
  24. For raita
  25. 1 Onion chopped

Instructions to make to make Veg platter

  1. First add mixed dal and other ingredients except tadka water is required just to dip one inch extra water
  2. Cook for 3 whistle and off the gas
  3. Take 2 tbs of ghee add 1 tsp cumin seeds when it splutter add onion chopped sauté and add tomato sauté more when mashy add red chilli powder and add tadka when steam releases
  4. Garnish with coriander chopped
  5. Now take same tadka step and add salt turmeric red chilli powder litter garlic ginger sauté when raw smell goes off
  6. Add beans and potatoes and add coriander now put in microwave for 12 minutes

  8. Make raita beat curd add salt pepper onion and chopped coriander u can add chopped tomato also
