- 3/4 tsp chaat masala

- 6 paneer slice

- 2 Tomatoes Cut in to thin round slice
- 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tsp chat masala
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cheese slices cut in to tomato size

- as needed oil for frying

- INGREDIENTS
- 2 sweet corn Grated
- 1 cup paneer Grated
- 1/2 cup Onion chopped
- 1 cup besan/gram flour
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic chilli paste
- pinch asafoetida
- as needed coriander leaveschopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch baking soda
- as needed oil for deep frying
- Onions Ring
- INGREDIENTS
- 1 onion
- 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- as needed Besan Batter
- as needed oil for frying
- Potato Bhajia
- INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium sized potato
- as needed Besan Batter
- as needed oil for frying
- Mirchi Bhajiya
- INGREDIENTS
- 6 Green chillies
- 2 pinch salt
- as needed Besan Batter

Instructions to make to make Bhajiya Fritters Platter with Masala Tea
- Method For Batter--
Firstly, in a large bowl take Besan.
Add rice flour, add turmeric powder, salt, carom seeds, asafoetida,baking soda and add water as required. Mix well and make smooth batter. Keep aside. - In a bowl mix curd and besan well enough adding 2 cups of water to form a semi thick syrup.
Take a pan and heat 2 tbsp of oil.
Once oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds.
When seeds start to crackle, add whole green chili, asafoetida - 1) firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¾ tsp chaat masala and ¼ tsp salt.
combine well forming a paste.
now add paneer slice and rub gently covering masala paste to paneer. keep aside for 10 Min.
Dip the marinated paneer into prepared besan batter and coat it completely.
furthermore, deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown.
finally, paneer pakora recipe or paneer bajji is ready to serve. - 2) Firstly take round tomatoes slices, sprinkle chilli powder, chat masala and salt on all slices. Sprinkle Spice both sides.
Than take one tomato slice put cheese slice and take second tomato slices put on cheese.
Dip the cheesy Tomato bhajiya into prepared besan batter and coat it completely.
furthermore, deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown.
Serve Hot with sauce and Besan chutney. - 3) Firstly, in a large mixing bowl.
Add 2 grated sweet corn and 1/2 cup chopped onion. Add grated paneer
stir occasionally, and fry on medium flame.
Fry till the pakora turns crispy - 4) Take onion and cut into ring.
In a small bowl take ½ tsp mixed herbs, ½ tsp chilli flakes and ½ tsp salt. Mix well. And add Onion ring and coat well.
