  2. In pan take 1glass of water add tea leaves and boil for 5 to 10 min add this water to chole
  3. Take cooker add chole and tea water in it add salt, baking soda,khade masala bay leaves,and ajwain give 4 to 5 whistle
  4. In pan add oil,cumin seeds,green chillies,grind onions and cook nicely till it turns brown add tomato puree and cook
  5. Add all dry masala and cook the masala till it leaves oil,add boil chole in it and cook for at least 10 to 15 minutes in slow flame
  6. Garnish it with corinder leaves and serve it with batura or puri
